“When I was in college at UNT over two decades ago, I was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest while celebrating with friends outside of a bar on Fry St. in Denton, TX. I received deferred adjudication probation in 2000 but after violating the terms, spent two months in the Denton County Jail. During that time, I learned valuable life skills by working full time to fill potholes, trim trees, and pick up trash. During my contemplation then and now, I am deeply sorry for what I did and take complete responsibility for my actions.
Through those life lessons I learned, I have changed for the better and it’s made me a better husband, father, and business leader. I went on to earn two degrees, have been married to my college sweetheart for over 15 years and was blessed with two children.
My motto in life is “my past doesn’t define me, but it helps shape me for the future”. I look forward in sharing my life with the Frisco community I love”
